Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Ethvya (ethvya.in).

At Ethvya, every premium kurta is specially crafted after your order is placed. Since our products are made according to the customer's selected size and order details, we request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
If the cancellation request is received within 1 hour, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After 1 hour, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because production of your custom-made kurta may have already started.

2. Return & Exchange

As our kurtas are made specifically according to your order and selected size, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Wrong size selected by the customer
Color preference
Personal dislikes after delivery

Please check your size carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
An uninterrupted parcel opening video must be provided, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the product and the issue.
Claims submitted without a parcel opening video may not be accepted.
After verification, if the claim is found valid, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.

5. Important Notes

Every Ethvya kurta is made after the order is confirmed.
We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our premium quality standards.
Orders that have entered the production process cannot be canceled.
