Ethvya specializes in premium kurtas. As many of our products are made after an order is placed, slight variations in stitching, color, or finish may occur. Such minor differences are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation for eligible payment methods.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may happen due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

5. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.

• After 1 hour, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because production of the custom-made kurta may have already started.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Product Availability

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will inform you promptly and provide a suitable replacement option or a full refund.
