At Ethvya, every premium kurta is carefully crafted after your order is confirmed. We are committed to delivering high-quality products as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after order confirmation.
Since our kurtas are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary for remote areas, public holidays, festivals, or due to courier service delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Ethvya may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), so you can track your shipment.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Courier partner issues
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Ethvya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Made-to-Order Products

Since every Ethvya kurta is specially crafted after your order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour from the time of purchase, as production may have already started.
